All of your orders are packed with love & care and are shipped from our home-based business in Lithuania, Europe. 

Please keep in mind we are a small team of two and pack orders as quickly as we can! During busier times you may have to wait a little longer, but we appreciate your patience and support.

All international orders are sent with Lithuania Post and come with tracking number.

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

Processing time: 2-4 business days

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. As soon as your package reach the local Post Office and is ready to ship, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.

European Union: 4-7 business days
Europe non-EU: 4-14 business days
United States: 7-21 business days
Everywhere else
: 7-21 business days

Items are shipped from Lithuania, Europe.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the full responsibility of the customer. If you have any concerns about customs, duties and taxes, please contact us for further information.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to complete the returns process. So if you have changed your mind or if you aren't satisfied with your product, please contact us so we can organise a return for you. 

Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

- Item/s must still have original packaging
- Item/s must be in original and unused condition
- Item/s must be returned undamaged and not defective

We can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Sale/Discounted items
- Gift Cards
- Digital downloads

Important information:
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. 
- We highly recommend sending the parcel with tracking and insurance for peace of mind. 
- Please hold on to any receipts or proof of postage until you have received confirmation that the returns process is complete.
- If the package does not reach us safely then we will not be able to complete the refund. Please package your returns safely.
-You will only be refunded for the cost of your returned item/s. We do not refund initial shipping charges for returned items.
